I found the location very convenient, with easy access to several tube lines. The staff were helpful and readily provided converters when our chargers did not fit. I liked the full English breakfast served each morning. It set me up well for the day.
I noticed the shower lacked power. It made washing difficult.

the staff gave good advice for train departures. they also helped with directions. breakfast was freshly prepared on our departure date. they accommodated our early departure time.
The single room was tiny. It only held one person. there was no chair available to sit on. the shower was meant to be a rain shower. it was almost completely clogged because of limescale.
