mixed experience. some issues need addressing.

quiet locationinsecure doorlack of reception
the location was very close to st pancras international station, so it was less stressful to catch my early eurostar train.
The room door did not close properly, and the lock felt insecure. This. also, i requested a ground floor room because i had heavy luggage but was assigned a first-floor room without prior notification.

The location offered convenient access to St Pancras station and nearby transportation. My room was clean with a functional bathroom. The room had a cozy balcony facing a quiet square.
The walls seemed thin, so I could sometimes hear noises from other rooms.

Convenient Spot Near King's Cross!

The location is super convenient, close to King's Cross station! Staff gave clear instructions upon my arrival , which was really helpful. The room itself was very clean , and I found the temperature inside perfect. I also loved that an extra pillow was available upon request.
The metal bed frame was squeaky. There also was no facility to hang my clothes properly, so I had to keep them folded in my suitcase.

The location was excellent. It was very close to transport links. The room had tea and coffee facilities (which I always appreciate).
The room I stayed in was quite small. The door did not seem very secure to me. There was no listed number to call for the reception, located in a different building.
