the apartment was very spacious! it was clean when i arrived, which i really appreciated. the location was also very convenient. i received my security deposit back in less than a week.
this was a challenge with heavy luggage.

I encountered some DISAPPOINTING issues. The check-in process was confusing. I received conflicting information regarding key retrieval. the provided toiletries were scarce, with only one roll of toilet paper and insufficient bath gel. This lack of ATTENTION to detail detracted from the overall experience.

The apartment has an excellent location near many amenities. The Penthouse Apartment I stayed in was spacious and very clean on arrival. I was initially concerned about some negative reviews, but the staff were helpful and accommodating. My security deposit was returned quickly without any issues.
The kitchen tap was a bit wobbly.
