willing staff good breakfast fantastic location easy parking
i found the staff very willing to help when required. breakfast tasted very good and the evening meal we ordered on the first night was good. the location is fantastic!!! any concerns about parking completely disappeared.
The public areas need sprucing up a bit, like the corridors and lift. They appear slightly worn.

the location is fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions. i found the staff very helpful with directions and recommendations. the breakfast included a wide variety of options, setting me up well for the day (especially the fresh fruit!).
the carpet in my room showed a bit of wear, suggesting it might be due for replacement.

comfy bed lovely view friendly staff
i found the reception cute, with a friendly lady ready to assist. my standard room included both a bath and a shower. the bed felt very comfortable and i loved the view across the gardens.
the food temperature at breakfast could be improved.

the reception staff was helpful with directions.. they also assisted with luggage storage. the hotel's proximity to the gardens made morning strolls easy. breakfast included fresh fruit and a selection of pastries. the room was quiet at night, away from street noise.
the elevator was somewhat small, limiting space for luggage and multiple passengers.
