perfect location helpful assistance daily cleaning high standards
the location proved perfect with king's cross station a short walk away i found several shops and eateries nearby , made my stay smooth the staff provided helpful assistance my room was cleaned daily to high standards it felt so fresh.
the elevator was quite small only fitting one person with luggage at a time that was just a little bit of a wait at times.

The location proved very convenient. It was quite easy to access nearby shops and restaurants. The staff was attentive. They helped with directions. My room was super clean upon arrival, and I found the tea and coffee provisions generous..
The room lacked proper ventilation. I noticed the bathroom light operated on a timer. It switched off every two minutes during showers. Paying extra for Wi-Fi felt outdated. The noise from the street was bothersome.

The location was acceptable. It was near transport links.
The room was small. Moving around with luggage reminded me of an obstacle course. paying extra for wifi in this day and age felt a bit cheeky. It should really be included. the walls are paper thin. I heard every cough and conversation from neighboring rooms.

The location is near victoria station. i found a bus stop very close. the check-in process was quick. i appreciated the usb ports in the room. They made charging my devices easy. i found complimentary coffee and tea in the room along with a kettle, so this was really useful.
the receptionist was not available during my check-out.

clean room tea supply excellent location
The room was very clean. a pleasant surprise was a generous supply of tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. the location proved excellent for getting around. Pimlico underground station is only four minutes away. it.
The absence of assistance with luggage felt inconvenient. Especially considering my room was on a higher floor.

I appreciated the hotel's location near many transport options! the room provided what i needed for my short trip. the staff was helpful in answering my questions about the area. they also quickly addressed a minor issue i had with the tv. It was great.
the bathroom was quite small, a bit of a squeeze, i must admit.
