electric kettle basement access short walk
i stayed in the double basement room. the location is a short walk to victoria station.. public transport is super close. the room was an ok size and clean. I appreciated the electric kettle provided.
the basement apartment access involves steep narrow steps.. it was not easy with luggage.

great location bus service clean room
the building has a great location. it's close to rail, bus services, shops, and eateries. excellent facilities were available. i found my room super clean and cozy.
the bathroom was very small. i found it difficult to move around freely. decor is a little dated.

easy access efficient staff ample space
The location provided easy access to transportation options. The staff efficiently printed some documents I required. The hotel was larger than expected, providing ample space.
Noise from the road was noticeable at times. People coming and going created some disturbance. Earplugs helped reduce this issue.

roll top beautiful bath helpful staff confusing check-in narrow steps
The room had a roll top bath. It was quite beautiful! staff were also very helpful with my luggage. i even got extra coffee and milk late one night (this was awesome).
my basement apartment required navigating steep, narrow steps (not easy with a large bag).

bathroom drains moisture stains
The bathroom was tiny and not very comfortable. there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drains. also, i missed having a reception or staff member present in the building. some walls needed repainting. I noticed moisture stains in a few spots.

spacious room comfortable bed excellent location helpful staff
My room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The hotel location is excellent near Victoria Station. It made travel simple. Staff printed boarding passes quickly. I will stay again.
Soundproofing could improve. I was slightly disturbed by some noise from other guests.
