great location quiet place soft towels non functioning steam room torn curtains indifferent staff

The hotel's location is excellent. It is very close to the train station. The hotel is set back from the main street, so it is quiet. The towels were white, soft and thick. Breakfast had many choices.

The steam room was not functioning. The curtains were torn. Staff seemed indifferent when we inquired about local attractions.

convenient location generous breakfast thorough cleanliness

The hotel's location near the train station was convenient. I appreciated the generous breakfast and the complimentary tea and cakes offered. The cleanliness throughout the building was also a highlight of my stay I found the room very neat.

The staff seemed a bit indifferent when I asked about local attractions. It would be nice to have more engagement with recommendations.

central location free tea time helpful staff

the hotel is very close to the train station, it made travel easy. the hotel provided a complimentary tea time, i find this thoughtful. the staff was always ready to help, i felt very welcomed.

the bed was rather hard, it affected my sleep a little.

The hotel is close to the train station. The hotel has a sauna. Guests can use it without paying if they ask. My room had a great view, and I enjoyed the balcony. It overlooked the mountains.

i was in a room with a balcony, it had mountain views. the bed was comfortable. there were lots of eateries around, also supermarkets were nearby.

the staff seemed indifferent when i asked about attractions. the room was quiet, it was quite warm. no screens existed, this led to bugs in the room. the curtains were torn.

The breakfast included many choices. I especially liked the croissants, coffee, and juices. The staff transported us to the station. My wife appreciated this because of her mobility limitation.

The balcony had limited use and was rather dirty.
