the location was great it was right around the corner from the main shopping district. the restaurant surprised me with its quality and the breakfast each morning hit the spot. the staff helped us locate gloves we left in a taxi.

broken heaterstained carpets
i wasn't so happy with the bathroom heater. it wasn't working, and i just kept the door open hoping it would help. putting a towel on the tile floor was the only way to make it bearable. i also thought they could have cleaned the carpets a bit better, they looked stained.

Fantastic Stay Near Gornergrat Railway

The location was great on a quiet side street not far from the main street. The train station and Gornergrat Railway are close. Breakfast offered a good selection. Staff members were friendly and helpful.
The room lacked a place to put bags. This was an issue especially for three people.

i found the location convenient. it was a short walk to both the train station and the bus stop that services the lift. the staff were cute and very helpful with directions and recommendations. the breakfast offered enough variety to satisfy everyone. the taxi service was timely and well-coordinated.
the in-house guest discount at the restaurant required me to retrieve a voucher from my room.
