friendly staffwarm atmosphereshuttle service
The staff was lovely. they were so friendly, cute, and always ready to assist. breakfast had plenty of choice. the whole atmosphere felt warm. a shuttle to the train station was provided and it was a thoughtful touch! our bags were stored safely in a dedicated room after checking out. This gave us real peace of mind.
the corridors carpets perhaps need a change.

breakfast was good with a decent spread. croissants are tasty and bacon is cooked. breakfast is available with multiple options, so i was happy.

The staff provided shuttle service to pick us from the station. they also dropped us back. This was very useful, especially when traveling with luggage. the staff was friendly and efficient, and i greatly valued their help.

The room had a balcony with a perfect view! we booked a family room and it was very comfortable for four adults. the kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave. We used it to heat up dinners.

the location is convenient, though the downtown area is about a ten-minute walk. some bars and restaurants are within a short walking distance, though the walk feels longer during skiing days!

I was a bit disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. the pillows were flat. I really struggled to get a good night's sleep. also, the towels felt quite rough, almost like cardboard, which wasn't very pleasant after a shower.

I found my room very spacious. It included a good kitchen with needed appliances and a comfy couch. The main bedroom and balcony gave me beautiful mountain views. The hotel provided transportation to and from the train station, helpful.
The room carpets need some cleaning. It was the only negative thing .

The staff was courteous and very helpful with directions. They offered assistance with village maps. The hotel staff promptly addressed all requests. Check-in occurred before the official time.
