Excellent Stay at a Great Location

I found the breakfast room very convenient. It is open from 05:00 to 11:00. There was a large variety of choices available EVERY morning. Self-check-in was trouble-free. All the information i needed was provided upon arrival. The train from the center costs only a couple of euros.
The room could use better soundproofing.

The hotel is conveniently near a bus stop. It takes only 3 minutes to get to town. Alternatively, the walk to town is quite manageable, taking approximately 15 minutes. The hotel's location is a definite advantage.

The staff at the bar are friendly and warm. Coffee or tea is available anytime from an automated expresso machine. I appreciate the 24/7 availability of these refreshments.

the self check in process was super quick and easy. my mountain view twin room was basic, warm, and clean. i really liked that there was always hot water ready for showers after a day out. i also enjoyed the great breakfast options, there was a large variety!
the quilt i had wasn't quite big enough for two people.

the location is good with easy access to bus stops right outside the front door, and it is about 15 minutes from the downtown area. this also means very convenient ski rental delivery and drop-off services are available. it is in a peaceful location.

A mixed experience

I enjoyed the free breakfast a lot! It was awesome. I also liked the flexibility to save my luggage before checking in. I found the staff to be very friendly, really helpful. The restaurant served amazing food.
The room was super dirty, literally disgusting. I saw spiders in the bed. I also spotted insects in the corners of the small box where the mattress is, so I guess it has not been cleaned in a while. They overbooked, and no one offered a solution after my family booked three rooms, but they only provided two.
