Mixed Feelings About This Stay
squeaky bed outdated furniture
The breakfast offered a super good start to the day.
The room was small. I could barely move with my luggage inside and the furniture felt quite outdated. The bed squeaked loudly whenever I moved. the shower mostly ran cool or cold rather than hot.

polite staff breakfast selection drink voucher
The staff was very polite and helpful. A wide selection of breakfast items was available and of good quality. Bar prices were reasonable, and i got a drink voucher for each day i waived room cleaning.
the water in the shower sometimes smelled bad.

cozy stay in the mountains
convenient location breakfast options ski bus
I appreciated the location. It was a short walk to the ski bus stop, serving the matterhorn express. the gornergrat and sunnega funicular were also easily accessible. breakfast offered many options, which i liked very much.
the room could have used a little more light, as there were only three small wall lamps.

amazing staff rooftop view good breakfast night manager rude receptionist locked door
the staff was really amazing. they shared good spots to enjoy a view around the village. the breakfast was good, and the rooftop view was amazing. its a view i won't forget.
the doors are locked at 8pm because they don't have a night manager. one morning the woman receptionist was rude and abrupt. i couldnt believe it was the same person i met before.

The hotel's location is convenient as it is a short walk to the train station. I appreciated the complimentary beverage offered for skipping room cleaning. The rooftop lounge area provided fine views, particularly on clear mornings. I found it wonderful to relax there after a day of exploring.
The room was smaller than expected. I wish the space had been better optimized to accommodate luggage and personal belongings effectively.

excellent service quiet location fresh bread
The staff provided excellent, friendly service. I appreciated the quiet location. The breakfast provided a very good variety of fresh bread and other choices. There was a nice rooftop chill area to relax in..
I noticed the rooms, elevator, and stairwell were somewhat small, perhaps requiring some maneuvering.

unpleasant odor worn mattress
The bathroom had an unpleasant odor that seemed to come from the drain. i found this quite bothersome. It lingered. also, the bed was not very comfortable. the mattress felt worn. i hoped for better bedding. i was disappointed by the sleep quality.
