The room was quite large and had an ample-sized bathroom with nice facilities. The location is central and close to the station, a short walk after getting off the Glacier Express. I found the breakfast simple but good.

I noticed no mini fridge in the room. This would have been a useful addition.

the breakfast was quite underwhelming. the selection felt limited, and items weren't replenished quickly enough. also, our room faced a shared balcony and lacked privacy, forcing us to keep the curtains closed most of the time.

The location is excellent it is a short walk from the train station. The room featured a private balcony with a canvas partition it offered nice mountain views. Gerard at the front desk was friendly he accommodated all requests. Susanna in the restaurant served breakfast with a smile she cleaned efficiently.

the shared outdoor area meant i sometimes had to keep the curtains closed.
