Immaculate Hotel with Amazing Staff
cheerful staff fresh breakfast immaculate cleanliness
I found the staff to be amazing. They were polite, cheerful, and helpful. The breakfast offered a great, fresh selection. The hotel itself was really clean.
The shower temperature was difficult to adjust. This was a slight inconvenience.

some issues detracted from the stay
water temperature subpar coffee
My stay encountered a couple of issues. the shower had water temperature problems. It was far too hot, and there was no way to adjust it. i tried contacting reception about it, but nobody answered the phone, so i had to wait until the next morning to report the problem. i also disliked that the coffee at breakfast was subpar.

The hotel's proximity to key attractions made exploring easy. Our room had a very comfy bed. Breakfast had good choices. Staff showed friendly attitude and prompt service .

The room had crisp white bedding and offered a beverage tray with tea and coffee, a plus. The spacious room had modern equipment and a good temperature control system. It certainly added a layer of comfort to our romantic getaway.

The staff offered a warm welcome and showed genuine interest in ensuring we had all we needed. They were very helpful and friendly.. this was much appreciated. The service was attentive and contributed positively to our experience.

The location is perfect, really close to many shops. Great places to eat are nearby. It allowed for easy access to the castle walls.

the staff were helpful enough.
The breakfast i paid for was terrible! cold scrambled eggs with cold coffee. It was not a great start to the day, i'm annoyed.

lovely staff great breakfast clean bedroom
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It had plenty of selection. The outdoor area was also quite lovely. The secret garden is gorgeous!!! The bedroom was very clean. It had crisp white bedding, lots of tea, coffee and nice biscuits.
The shower room was small. It lacked room to move and the wash basin was tiny.

the staff was friendly. i found the breakfast to be very nice, and there was plenty of choice. the secret garden provides a lovely, sunny spot to relax, it was very gorgeous.
the bathroom felt quite small. the sink was so tiny, i couldn't wash my face with comfort. i also found the bedroom very small, there was no air con and the fan didn't help cool the room enough.
