The bathroom really needed some work. A tap was loose. I also noticed what looked like mold near the base of the shower tiles. The room got too hot. Even with the window open, I still was like I was baking. It did not make for the best sleep, not at all.

I found the staff very polite and cute. they directed me promptly towards the check-in area. the room was clean and well presented. It maintained a warm temperature. the restaurant area was well-kept and staffed (the team was attentive). the food was of good quality, and the atmosphere was family-friendly.
the entrance to the carpark was a little awkward, and the lighting could be improved, especially for late arrivals.

i found good quality tea and coffee facilities provided. an excellent cooked english breakfast was available for £10. the staff were superb, and i liked that the rooms were in a separate block across the car park from the pub and restaurant.
The room was too hot and the bathroom was small. It was a very small room overall.
