Really good Service and Cleanliness
helpful staff diverse buffet dog-friendly accommodation large room
I found the staff lovely and helpful. The food presented a diverse buffet with something for everyone. I was allowed to bring my dog, which I found wonderful. The hotel provided a nice, clean, large room.
I found that the hotel rooms could benefit from modernisation. Some aspects felt a little dated.

The room had large bay windows that provided a pleasant view. It looked recently refurbished with a comfortable bed. There was also adequate space for parking which i appreciated.

The staff showed great friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay. They were very attentive to guest needs and ensured a smooth experience. I appreciated their proactive approach to service.

The hotel foyer and lounge were clean with recent decorations. Comfortable chesterfield couches and an adjacent bar provided a relaxing atmosphere. The cooked breakfast in the morning was fresh and quite excellent, too.

i found the sea view fine from the standard twin room view i chose it was spacious and very clean extra pillows were available in the closet i noticed upon arrival the sunset view was lovely each evening i enjoyed it a lot
the window opening was restricted slightly i found this a minor inconvenience it did not detract from my overall stay

the breakfast buffet included a wide array of options it features both hot and cold selections catering to diverse palates the service started promptly at 7 am each morning i never missed it

the hotel is conveniently located near various shops and the seafront access to local attractions is quick and easy i discovered many interesting spots within walking distance of the hotel hotel

the room was warm and spacious with a very comfortable bed extra towels were provided in the wardrobe which was great the bathroom included a bathtub for relaxation after a long day of meetings

The hotel location is convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly. My room was a Standard Double Room. It was tidy and comfortable.
The parking cost an extra fee. This felt a bit cheeky .

quick check-in friendly staff good supplies reasonable parking
the check-in was quick, and the staff were really friendly! i got a refurbished room, and it was better than i expected. there were lots of tea and coffee supplies, which i appreciated. the parking was just £5, i found that reasonable.
my room was a bit small though it was clean.

The hotel staff were flexible, and i could easily book dinner at the reception. they also accommodated my dietary needs. They supported my request for non-dairy milk. the chef, ula, was especially helpful and even suggested places to visit.

the location was easy to find, and parking was available. it's near the king's gardens, i had a wonderful view with the lake from my room. it made exploring nearby beaches and other places very convenient!

helpful staff clean room convenient location
the staff were happy and helpful! the room was immaculate and clean. i had plenty of choice for breakfast each morning, though the hotel was a little busy.
the hotel is a little tired and could benefit from some refurbishment. the lift seemed quite old, though it worked ok. i'd suggest they address these issues soon.

The superior double suite (room 216) had a beautiful four-poster bed and included a two-seater sofa with two tub chairs. Breakfast featured a good selection of different items. I found the staff very nice and friendly, providing excellent service.
The room was quite hot and stuffy, even with the window open and the fan running all night. There was no air conditioning to cool the room.
