I found the staff lovely and helpful. The food presented a diverse buffet with something for everyone. I was allowed to bring my dog, which I found wonderful. The hotel provided a nice, clean, large room.
I found that the hotel rooms could benefit from modernisation. Some aspects felt a little dated.

i found the sea view fine from the standard twin room view i chose it was spacious and very clean extra pillows were available in the closet i noticed upon arrival the sunset view was lovely each evening i enjoyed it a lot
the window opening was restricted slightly i found this a minor inconvenience it did not detract from my overall stay

the check-in was quick, and the staff were really friendly! i got a refurbished room, and it was better than i expected. there were lots of tea and coffee supplies, which i appreciated. the parking was just £5, i found that reasonable.

the staff were happy and helpful! the room was immaculate and clean. i had plenty of choice for breakfast each morning, though the hotel was a little busy.
the hotel is a little tired and could benefit from some refurbishment. i'd suggest they address these issues soon.

The superior double suite (room 216) had a beautiful four-poster bed and included a two-seater sofa with two tub chairs. Breakfast featured a good selection of different items. I found the staff very nice and friendly, providing excellent service.
The room was quite hot and stuffy, even with the window open and the fan running all night. There was no air conditioning to cool the room.
