i found the room very clean with ample tea and biscuits. plentiful parking was available. the breakfast included hot, tasty food. the ensuite was unexpected, but it was a wonderful extra to have (i really liked it!).
i noticed a bit of wear in places, though it didn't really detract from my visit.

I found convenient off street parking. a really nice cooked breakfast was provided each morning i was there. the single room was just perfect for my needs. i really loved the excellent italian restaurant just a short walk away. Brunos served some tasty dishes.
The shower drain drained rather slowly. It was prone to slight flooding.

there is a very large car park available . the guesthouse offers complimentary wifi throughout the hotel. i saw clear signs directing me easily to all areas. there were several entrances making access easy.

The staff were friendly. They were very attentive to all requests. breakfast was a good experience each morning. The service was prompt. they provided helpful information about local attractions. The assistance was really valuable.

The single room was very clean. It was also well-kept. the ensuite bathroom was a real plus. It had good fixtures. i could easily control the room temperature with provided controls. This ensured my comfort.

I found the breakfast to be AMAZING!!! The staff at breakfast were very attentive. My room was very quiet. There was a bus stop right outsidewith a short trip into town. Everything I needed was available.
The pillows were a little old and not very comfortable.

the two-bedroom family room included a separate tv lounge and a fridge, it was a great bonus. i found complimentary water, hot drinks, biscuits, and toiletries, quite good. the breakfast offered a nice selection, with varied continental and cooked options. the staff were friendly and quick to help when i needed something.
the corridor outside my room had a main entrance door, it occasionally banged shut.

The family room had separate bedrooms and a lounge, it provided ample space. a fridge was available. lots of bathroom and snack supplies were also available. This was really useful, and the big bathroom was a plus.

The location allowed for a short walk into the town centre, it took about 15 minutes. off-street parking was free! that was very convenient! the hotel provides a separate entrance. This provides additional privacy.
