missing shower dirty windows
The staff were helpful. The location was great, a few minutes from Marble Arch.
The room I received had issues. There was no shower in the room, nor was there a kettle to make a drink. The windows needed cleaning. It was a bit disappointing, to say the least.

worn floor subpar cleanliness
The location was convenient enough.
The room was quite disappointing. The floor was visibly worn, and the cleanliness was subpar, particularly in the bathroom as I saw mixed urine and water on the toilet seat! The reception area also looked very outdated.

I got a double room upon arrival. It had a comfortable bed. The shower worked fine. I appreciated the central location, it was convenient for getting around.
The walls seemed thin and sounds carried easily.
