The staff were helpful. The location was great, a few minutes from Marble Arch.
The room I received had issues. There was no shower in the room, nor was there a kettle to make a drink. The windows needed cleaning. It was a bit disappointing, to say the least.

The location was convenient enough.
The room was quite disappointing. The floor was visibly worn, and the cleanliness was subpar, particularly in the bathroom as I saw mixed urine and water on the toilet seat! The reception area also looked very outdated.

the staffs friendliness was okay, i guess, nothing special though.
the room was far from clean. i saw pubic hair in the bed, thats disgusting. there also was mold under the shower mat, and the pillow was lumpy, i had to use a towel over it. i barely slept.
