perfect crash pad!
superb location early check-in
I found the location superb! it was right next door to the national gallery. tourist sites and restaurants were very close too. the reception and cleaning staff were cheery and obliging. I checked in earlier than expected!
The room lacked shelves. I found no drawers or a small closet for clothes. i was forced to live out of my suitcase. i had to leave the suitcase under the bed. Otherwise, i couldn't turn around in the small room.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful. They provided prompt assistance at the front desk. their positive attitude. I received quick responses to any requests. i appreciated their dedication.

This location is amazing. It is in the heart of the theatre district. it is almost next door to the national gallery. many tourist sites and restaurants are close by, it was easy to explore the city.

cozy stay near trafalgar square
central location modern design excellent cleanliness early check-in
i appreciated the central location, so close to trafalgar square. the room's modern design felt quite fresh, and i found the cleanliness excellent. the staff also allowed an early check-in. that was a nice convenience after a long journey.
the room lacked a window, i never imagined that i might miss that feature so much until i stayed in a place without one.

the location was superb, it was just behind the national gallery. i found i could easily walk to many attractions, and access to piccadilly line was convenient for airport transfers. it was a great starting point for exploring.

the staff members were friendly, they seemed eager to assist with any questions. the front desk was efficient during check-in, and i felt welcomed. i had a smooth experience, and that set a positive tone for my visit

great stay in the heart of it all
friendly staff useful storage complimentary wine
I found the staff friendly and helpful. the availability of storage for bags proved very useful, and i liked the complimentary cheese and wine in the evening (it was like a real treat!). the room was very clean. I found ample facilities for making tea and coffee plus complimentary bottled water.
the room was a bit small, but i managed just fine.

great location friendly staff fluffy towels
the location was excellent near the national portrait gallery. the staff were friendly and helpful with directions. the room had super fluffy towels and comfortable pillows (i loved those!).
the room i booked did not have a window.
