the staff was helpful and friendly i appreciated their local knowledge it was my first time in the country the location was perfect everything was easily accessible
the stairs were very uncomfortable they were high and short the shared bathrooms and toilets were not ideal the breakfast was basic it did not have enough variety

the staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for local spots. i found clean towels daily. the location made it easy to walk to many attractions, saving on transportation costs.
The stairs were steep and narrow. It was a bit difficult with luggage.
