the location was acceptable near tawaramachi station.
the pillows provided insufficient support i found them filled with small balls instead of traditional materials the toilet placement made it difficult to access comfortably a toilet roll holder obstructed movement and space around it.

the hotel's location was perfect. it was right by a train station. i could easily walk to sensoji from there. my room was very clean and had a lovely street view. also the hotel has vending machines and water dispensers.
the pillows were not what i am used to. they were beanbag-like. it was basically a bunch of small balls instead of any feathers or fibers. the toilet in my room was hard to get onto because a toilet roll holder was blocking part of it. also i noticed that the room was small. there was no storage bar a few hangers.

The train station location is very close, about five minutes by foot. Rooms are very clean, and the bed provided much comfort. I enjoyed the view of the sky tree from our room window. Natural sunlight came into the room during the day.
The room felt a bit small, and I did not find much storage space. There were only a few hangers. The windows opened only a little.

The staff provided very cute service and spoke great English. The check-in process was straightforward. The room cleaner was very helpful, and I appreciate their attention to detail.

Free beer was available from 5 to 7 pm, and it was a nice touch. Breakfast is served in two different restaurants. Guests can select the venue. Both offer set meals instead of a buffet.
