handy microwaveuseful fridgehelpful staff
the room included a microwave and a fridge it helped save on eating out. the location was near two train stations that was really convenient. the staff were helpful they always assisted with directions.
the facilities are quite old so expect some wear and tear.

The bathroom was small. It reminded me of a converted closet. Cleanliness was lacking too. I found mold in the shower area. The room itself felt cramped, and it was hard to move around with luggage.

Our family stayed in the family room with a private bathroom. it had clean beds, very reassuring after a long day. i appreciated the microwave, fridge, kettle, with cups and plates in the room. Very helpful for quick meals. two tube stations were within easy reach from here. the private bathroom made mornings much easier for everyone.
the room did not have much cutlery and dishes to use.

The location worked very well for access to the tube station. I appreciated that the staff were attentive. The room had a fridge microwave and kettle. This made it quite handy.
The drainage in the bathroom was not good and slow.
