i found the staff helpful, especially with storing my purple bag both before check-in and after checkout.. it allowed me to explore without any burden. the room was lovely and cozy and offered a nice view. breakfast was good, and i loved sitting by the window while enjoying my morning nescafe..

loud noisepoor air conditioning
the room i stayed in had a problem. the air conditioning wasn't great, and it made a really loud noise all night. it was like trying to sleep next to an airplane engine. i asked if they could fix it, but nothing changed, so i didn't sleep well.
