The room included a kettle with tea bags and coffee. That was convenient. Shampoo, soap, and shower gel were also provided in the bathroom. These amenities really helped.
The room was quite compact. It was difficult to manage luggage.

The location suited my travel needs. It was excellent for transport options. The staff were helpful and polite. The price was low and fit my budget.
The bed was not comfortable. The pillows was like decoration cushions rather than bed pillows. I found the shower difficult. It did not drain away quickly.

the location offered EXCELLENT access to transportation. food shops surround the premiseswith easy access to meals. i found the private shower to be modern.

the location suited my early morning eurostar departure well. i appreciated its proximity (about 6 minutes walk) to st pancras. the bed linen seemed clean, and the toilet was also clean, which mattered most. check-in was a very simple process.
the rooms are very compact, and there is very little space for luggage.

the staff were attentive and ready to assist (i asked for an iron and it arrived quickly). the service i received was very friendly. i didn't experience any issues.

My room had a mini fridge, quite useful. tea and coffee facilities were also present within the room. a toaster and microwave were available. This helped save on dining out costs.
