nour gave a great greeting, she explained everything and sorted out our on-street permit parking. a coffee pod machine came with a plentiful supply of coffee pods. boiled sweets by the door were a nice touch. a short walk took about 10 minutes to reach the minster.
i found the room furnishings somewhat dated. the shower also lacked good pressure (it was a bit weak).

the owner greeted me warmly. he offered helpful tips for exploring the area. i found ample parking right in front of the hotel. the breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries.

the host was friendly, i guess.
the room was small, and honestly, it wasnt clean. there was dust everywhere. the bed was also very old. it creaked with every turn. i did not sleep well .

our room was on the top floor, accessible only by stairs , which was difficult with luggage. the room became uncomfortably warm during the day , even with the fan running. the noise from nearby buildings was noticeable and disrupted sleep. i also thought that the dated decor and mismatched furniture detracted from the overall experience.

Muss was thoughtful. He changed the room for the family I was travelling with. They had mobility issues. I appreciated his kindness in moving them downstairs. Muss gave suggestions about places to see. It was helpful.
The supplement fee for having our dog was too high. I paid £50 for two nights. The room felt tired and small. It did not feel secure.

The host was really friendly. He gave me a map. He explained how to get to the best attractions. Use of shared kitchen was available. It had a seating area. I think this is great.
The mattress was not great. It was hard and lumpy. You could feel the springs I tell you. The room was to hot. We had to sleep with the window open. This was in December. I was there for one night.
