Breakfast included a nice selection. Fresh coffee was available and juice was also included. Staffs were lovely. They told us how to get around. I was told about all facilities.

the room was spacious. i had a tasty pie for dinner one night. the cooked breakfast was lovely, specifically the runny poached eggs. a male staff member was very chatty and good.
i found the street noise a bit much because the windows did not block it effectively.

The staff were polite and easy to talk to. The city centre is only a short walk away. This made it easy to explore (i do love that). The location was excellent and the parking was great.
The bedroom was on the front of the building with a busy main road. The traffic noise started early in the morning around 3:30 am, so sleeping was hard. The windows are single glazed, so they don't block sound well.

The staff let us store our luggage there because we had a late train home.
The bathroom had black mold over the tub and on the shower hose. The room was quite dark as well a desk light would help. I found the bed not very comfortable it had a thin mattress.
