The location worked fine for visiting family.
I was annoyed we couldn't shower because the hot water was completely out. The staff had NO solutions that satisfied me. I will contact Ibis directly to complain further.

the walls seemed super thin. i could hear everything from rooms above. i could also hear noise in the corridor. breakfast had very limited options and was not as described on the qr menu.

The staff members were very friendly and super helpful, assisting with every request. The room was spacious and clean, situated near the entrance. I could see my car from the window, which gave me additional peace of mind.
The corridors had a slightly musty smell, and they were dimly lit.

My room had such lovely light and felt generously sized with convenient phone-charging sockets. i found the heating very easy to adjust. the quiet atmosphere helped ensure a restful night's sleep. It was pure bliss. the hotel's proximity to the a1 motorway also made traveling simpler.
The pillows seemed to retain a faint smell of old sweat. This detracted from the otherwise pristine experience. upon mentioning it, i felt the response was a little dismissive.

The provided glass bottled water was much appreciated and tea and coffee facilities were available. The air conditioning unit worked effectively, a great advantage.
