the staff were friendly and helpful so that was acceptable
the room advertised tv and broadband access but neither worked i tried to connect the tv to the wifi but it didn't work i tried using my own device but the wifi didn't work at all the manager couldn't resolve the issue and promised to deduct money from our stay but we never heard from him again

a lovely stay indeed
warm greetingclear directionhearty breakfast
the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival they swiftly completed my check in i received clear directions to my room the bed offered such comfort i found it hard to leave each morning i relished the hearty breakfasts they prepared fueling me for my day.
the lighting in the room was dim , made reading at night a little challenging.

parking was available without any additional cost this made arrival and departure seamless a real plus considering travel can often be stressful and i could relax upon arrival after my journey.

the room design incorporated a blend of classic and modern elements the room had fresh milk every day for tea and coffee each detail contributed to a restful atmosphere the room included blackout curtains for sound sleep.

the restaurant served food that was a feast for the senses i savored each dish experiencing new flavor combinations the restaurant presented a special romantic atmosphere and the service was perfect with attention to every detail.

The room was clean upon arrival, and housekeeping did a good job.
The wallpaper in my room was peeling off the wall. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom, so ventilation was poor. Constant banging from a staff door below the room continued late into the night. This was AWFUL.
