The room was not as clean as I expected. I found stained bedsheets, a big disappointment. The television remote also looked dirty. I needed to wash my hands after touching it.

the location was really fantastic , right in the heart of everything! i loved that i received a discount at the bar and bistro , that was a pleasant surprise. the room was a good size and clean , it had everything i needed for my stay.
the stairs to get to my room were steep , it was difficult with my luggage. i found a couple of stains on the pillows , which was not ideal. the bathroom was quite cold because there were no blinds on the window , brrr!

The location was superb, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. i appreciated the short walk from st george's field car park, especially with suitcases. the discount on food and drinks at the adjacent businesses was a definite perk. I got 25% off.
the bathroom window was broken, making it hard to block street noise.

the location was great!!! the room was very clean. the bathroom was nice.
The towels had black marks. the mattress of the bed is worn out. I felt the springs. during checkout, the staff didn't ask for feedback. They only wanted keys.

the location was indeed convenient, right by the river.
My room needed some serious tlc. The curtain was hanging precariously from the rail, and i spotted an electric switch with exposed wires hanging from the wall-not exactly reassuring. there was even a broken lampshade adding to the general air of neglect, it felt a bit hazardous, honestly.
