the location suited me fine because it was close to amenities. i did find parking on the hotel to be very useful. the breakfast service was nice since staff served me at my table.

the room felt quite dated. the mattress had springs that were very noticeable. it made sleep difficult. the bathroom also had mold in areas and the shower wasn't great, with a broken head. i feel disappointed.

i appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. they even carried my suitcase upstairs for me. it was also nice that i could leave my suitcase there for several hours after checking out, very useful before my train. the peaceful neighbourhood added to the experience.
the bathroom definitely felt cramped, especially the toilet area. unless you are a small child, there is almost no room for your legs if you need to sit on the loo. this.

the staff were helpful. i liked the breakfast and the tea. it came in a lovely teapot. the room was fine, and the location was really convenient.
I found the bed a bit small. I am 5'8", and my feet were sticking out of the bottom if i lay flat. the bathroom is tiny, too.

the staff was helpful and efficient upon my arrival. i was able to leave my luggage with them before my check-in time it felt secure.
my bathroom door only opened partially i had to enter sideways. constant sirens from a nearby hospital were a minor disturbance it was not the hotel's fault though.
