a charmed stay
thoughtful touch helpful staff pleasant experience
i liked the breakfast boxes provided for our early tour they were a thoughtful touch i found the staff to be helpful and nice , made the stay smooth the room was warm and clean ensuring a pleasant experience each day i stayed there.
i noticed that the room lacked a safe which is something i would typically expect in modern hotels it would add an extra layer of security during the trip

the breakfast included a rich selection of items i noticed a good variety available each morning the coffee machine provided coffee better than i had in many local shops it was convenient.

The hotel provided water coolers on every floor. This was great. my room had everything i needed and more. the garden view from my room was beautiful and relaxing. the staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a great selection, and i found it cheap.
the room i was given was above the entrance and faced a busy street. this meant there was noise from vehicle and streetcar traffic all night. people smoked out front and the smoke flowed into my room.

tram stop pleasant garden water dispenser
The location was convenient, with a tram stop just outside. Though the parking was expensive. I found the breakfast to be very good. The hotel had a pleasant garden too. I also used the water dispenser near the lift, useful.
My room faced the street. The trams and other road noise bothered me late at night and early in the morning.

The hotel is central. I walked to the main train station and the main market square within 15 minutes. The room was on the fourth floor, and an elevator was available. Breakfast was buffet style and vegetarian-friendly. The receptionists speak English, and there is a 24-hour reception.
The room faced a busy street. There was noise from vehicle traffic and people at the bus stop. People smoked out front, and the smoke flowed into the room. A streetlight shone in all night.

The location was GREAT. It was a short walk to the city center and many restaurants. Breakfast offered a tasty selection with lots of choice.
My room was across the street from the main hotel. It faced a VERY busy and noisy road. Trams ran just outside starting at 6 o'clock in the morning. It was noisy.

The location was central. It was a short walk to the main train station. the main market square was also within walking distance. my room was on the fourth floor and a lift was available.
The hotel is locked at night. I had to ring the bell to enter!
