I found the location superb. It was central, yet tucked away for peace. the room was very clean. It had all necessities. the staff surprised me. they prepared a packed lunch since i had an early excursion and would miss breakfast. I found that thoughtful.
the air conditioning made a very slight noise sometimes. i was still able to fall asleep though.

The air conditioning unit sounded like a freight train all night. I got zero sleep. to add insult to injury, the water was completely off the next morning. complaining to the staff resulted in them questioning my sanity about the noise, which, frankly, i found offensive. i expect a little more sympathy when i pay for a room.

The location was excellent, a short walk to the central square. staff at reception were friendly and helpful at all times. i was actually surprised by the size of the room i was allocated. breakfast had a great selection. I especially liked the polish options (the gluten free bread was also a plus!).
the air conditioning unit made a slight noise on one night, impacting sleep quality.

I really appreciated the breakfast. It was not overdone, but good for starting my day. The staff were very friendly. the location was top notch, everything was in walking distance.
The AC unit was faulty. I was not able to sleep at all during the second night. In the morning there were no water, so the shower was out of question.

the location was excellent. it was a short walk to the main square, wawel hill, and the jewish quarter. the breakfast was also excellent, there was a great fresh selection every day.
the ac unit made some noise during the second night. it made it difficult to sleep. there was no water in the morning so i could not shower.
