small room uncomfortable bed
the staff were cute and helpful
the room size was smaller than i anticipated the bed was not very comfortable. the bathroom was quite cheap it had only one large towel for two people

missing toiletries faulty air conditioning
initially, everything seemed fine. the location was convenient (close to many attractions), but the room itself felt a bit neglected. the bathroom lacked essential toiletries like tissues and cotton swabs. also, the air conditioning wasn't working properly. i hoped for a more refreshing experience.

friendly staff comfortable bed great location small window insufficient noise insulation dark room
the location was amazing, very close to the market square. the staff at reception were friendly. the bed was large and comfortable, i slept so well.
my room was dark! the window was small and i had no view from there. the noise insulation on the windows facing the street was insufficient. it was a crowded area, they should take care of the noise.

The reception staff was very helpful and professional. Breakfast had a varied selection that could meet anyone's needs. There was plenty of everything. The breakfast area was nice and relaxing. The location is superb and close to the train station.
The noise insulation on the windows facing the street is insufficient.

Edyta was particularly pleasant and helpful! I found her to be a real asset to the hotel. The location is very convenient, and my room with a balcony was a real treat! I definitely plan to return.
The windows facing the street did not provide sufficient noise insulation. It was occasionally disruptive.
