the location was excellent. i liked the modern bathroom, it had plenty of space. the room size met my needs, and it had good facilities.
the room lacked adequate heating, which I found inconvenient. the outside temperature dropped SIGNIFICANTLY. this, especially at night.

The location was very convenient. I walked to the main attractions easily. The staff was always friendly (even when I asked for extra towels).
The room received insufficient cleaning. It was not cleaned even once during my three-night stay. The pillows were uncomfortable. They seemed old and offered no support.

oh my goodness! the location was so easy to get around from, i felt super central. the room was also really big! i didn't even have any issues checking in, awesome!
sooo, i booked a room for three, but only got bedding for two. then, when we asked for a third set, it was too small. also, the sugar bowl had something weird in it, a bit of a bummer.

The location was ideal, a short walk to key attractions. I found a good price that matched the great spot, a real plus. The included breakfast was also good (especially the fresh pastries!).
The towels could use an update, as they seem a bit old.
