faulty air-conditioning bus tours
location i thought was fine to get around. breakfast was acceptable.
the air-conditioning unit wasn't functioning correctly . bus tours did create a lot of noise in the morning. it was hard getting water. this.

convenient location easy access public transport great shower
The location allowed easy access to key attractions. Public transport connections were very convenient. The hotel allowed us to leave our bags after checkout, very useful since our flight was later. The room was warm and comfortable, and I found the shower to be great.
I noticed a slight issue, the cold water machine outside the room did not dispense very cold water.

the hotel was super clean throughout my stay. i found the breakfast selection great (especially the fresh pastries!). the staff were friendly and helpful .
the tv had a limited number of channels.

comfortable room daily service good breakfast faulty ac no minibar cold water machine
I found the room comfortable and it was serviced daily. breakfast was included in the standard room rate. It had a very good range of options buffet style. the staff were excellent.
the ac did not work properly and there was no mini fridge. the cold water machine outside the room was not cold at all. i ended up borrowing a fan, which they took from the hotel next-door.

Solid Choice Near Wawel Castle

The hotel was near the Wawel Castle. it was a short walk to many main attractions. I found water stations on each floor. I could also leave my bags there after checking out, since my flight wasn't until evening.
The restaurant closed every night . There was no option to even get water.

Awesome Location and Friendly Staff!

This location is amazing! Large parking is a huge plus. Breakfast has everything needed.
The AC don't work proper. No mini fridge exist and the cold water machine wasn't cold at all. Maybe its better in the winter.

The room feature a comfortable bed made with a huge double blanket, so soft and cute! Order and cleanliness are noticeable everywhere in the room. You can feel like home.
