Excellent Location and Friendly Staff

The hotel has a great location. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and always clean. The hotel booked a taxi to the airport for me. I thought that was kind.

I noticed the air conditioning did not seem very effective. The room got very hot at night despite running it. I did have to open the window.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and daily cleaning service, I found that great. There was also a hairdryer and tea available. It was a nice touch.

The hotel provided easy walking distance to both the main square and the Jewish quarter. It was convenient for exploring many attractions and also very close to shops and restaurants.

A Clean Stay, Some Issues

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Market Square. The staff were kind and helpful when I arrived very late for check-in. Everything was handled smoothly. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options.

The room smelled of cigarettes, and the carpets seemed old. I found only one bag of black tea and one small bottle of water in the room. There was not good lighting. The room felt dark.

The location was superb. the main square was just a five-minute walk. my room was always clean, and the bed was comfortable (just what i needed after long days). the staff booked my taxi to the airport. That was very helpful. i appreciated having tea and coffee available in my room. it allowed me to relax as soon as i walked in. the reception staff was helpful, made settling in easier. i felt well taken care of .
