clean promenade excellent breakfast friendly staff
the hotel is situated right on the spotlessly clean promenade. the breakfast was excellent with nice rashers and sausages. the staff were also very helpful AND friendly. it.
the heating could be easier to work. the room was very cold at night.

charming surprise near the sea
welcome staff good array perfect location amazing view
i found the staff cute upon arrival the breakfast offered a good array of choices and the location suited my travel needs perfectly the room featured a handy kettle for making tea and coffee the sea view was amazing. the hotel's proximity to local attractions enhanced my stay considerably
the wifi required re-authentication too often but this was only a very small issue

the hotel boasts excellent access to the seafront area it allows for easy exploration of the coastline and nearby attractions the neighborhood is fairly quiet offering a relaxed atmosphere

the double room i occupied was thoroughly cleaned and well kept it also included a flatscreen tv and comfortable duvet the room was equipped with useful amenities for a pleasant experience

The breakfast offered fresh ingredients. The location offered easy access to local attractions. The staff were helpful with directions and local tips, admirable.
The refurbishment work caused some noise disruption during the day, it was considerable. The room decor felt somewhat dated. The limited parking spaces near the hotel were a nuisance.
