the location was great with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options i found the reception area cute. the staff was very friendly and always ready to help with any questions i had. the hot water and kettle in my room were definitely convenient.
the walls seemed thin i could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms.

the location is good. i could easily walk to victoria station and access various shops plus restaurants nearby. the staff were helpful with directions. i was also able to store my bags before check-in and after check-out, which helped a lot.
my room was not very clean. i found the carpet wasn't properly vacuumed, so i had to wear socks. also, the room wasn't serviced the following day. i realize it's a busy place, but attention to cleanliness is crucial.

the location is great close to bus and tube stations it made getting around easy the staff were helpful i requested a room service and it was done quickly the room was clean and tidy providing good value for the price
