great hotel experience
helpful staff clean amenities great location
The staff was helpful with late check-out. I appreciated it. the amenities and room were clean and functioned well. its location near major clubs made access easy. i would stay again and suggest it to others.
The room i stayed in needed better soundproofing. Noise from outside was noticeable. it sometimes disrupted my sleep.

I liked the central location. It made exploring easy. The breakfast selection had many options, including fresh fruit. I found the staff very helpful, assisting me with directions. Daily room cleaning kept everything tidy, something I noticed.
The pool music started quite early each day, a detail that might bother some guests.

the twin room had two separate beds and a balcony. the shower worked well. the hotel has a nice swimming pool and a chill area.

constant music loud teenager
The breakfast was acceptable. It offered a reasonable variety of choices.
I found the noise levels unacceptable. Music blared around the pool constantly. Gangs of teenagers seemed to control the place. They played loud music at 3:30 and 5:30 in the morning after nights out, disturbing sleep.

the hotel location was good. it was close to clubs like ocean beach.
the music by the pool was way too loud all day. it started at midday, so there was no chance for relaxation. i think they should do it later.

pool atmosphere friendly staff
the pool area provided a good atmosphere with music. reception staff were friendly and helpful when i needed assistance. the room was cleaned daily. i found the location convenient, close to local attractions.
the noise from other guests made it hard to sleep sometimes. i heard loud music and shouting at night. it affected the quality of my sleep.
