The beds offered comfortable sleep . The staff was nice (I saw them once at the self-check-in tablet). I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and its modern appointment.
The room door was a little difficult to lock correctly.

The location is near the Foyle Golf Course, convenient for golfers. The b&b is also local enough to the town centre, awesome for easy access to various amenities and attractions. Easy parking is available with cars.

The self-check-in process is easy and modern. Guests can access the hotel using smart locks and a tablet. Although there is no traditional cute service, the automated system is efficient for getting settled in quickly.

I found ample parking right at the location. Access to the kitchenette with farm views was such a bonus. My room was cosy and the heating worked really well , which I appreciated. The owner was also nice. She made sure our heating was on.
The walls seemed a bit thin , and I could hear some noise from other guests.

The garden room offered a beautiful view. It was well equipped.
I found dirty towels in the shower! Rubbish was still in the bathroom bin. I even saw pubic hair on the sheets. The door wouldn't lock. It took 10 minutes to get back in the bedroom. The owners didn't reply to my message.
