An okay stay, nothing AMAZING!!!
old equipmentthin walls
The gym was in a bad state. Most of the equipment was old. It was also dirty. I was unable to get much use out of it. Another issue was noise. The walls are THIN. I could hear everything happening in other rooms. This made it hard to sleep soundly.

I really liked the helpful staff. Fernanda from the Guest Experience team was amazing, she always provided me with great assistance and recommendations. Christian, the bartender, made excellent cocktails. He brought a fun vibe to the bar, something I looked forward to every visit.
The gym was in poor condition. Old machinery meant I only used it once because it was dirty. The equipment should really be updated.

The room was spacious with a nice pool view. It featured two separate sinks, offering convenience for multiple occupants. the balcony allowed for enjoying fresh air. Daily cleaning kept the room tidy and comfortable .

The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially at reception. I appreciated the prompt attention to any requests I had. Bar staff were very friendly and helpful and they always provided prompt and friendly service.

This spot has a VERY good location near many shops and restaurants. The hotel is also within walking distance of bars and beaches, very convenient. A taxi rank located right outside the gate offers easy access to transportation.

the hotel's location was indeed perfect for club access, about fifteen minutes on foot to ushuaia and hi ibiza. the beach was also close, accessible in about five minutes. i found the room was clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. the beds were comfy.
the all-inclusive drink system using tokens felt a bit unusual, it required a €2 deposit.

the double room included comfy beds and effective air conditioning, so sleep quality was high. a balcony with a table and chairs offered outdoor space overlooking the aqua bar, giving me nice views and allowing me to hear music.

The main pool provided ample space, and i had no problem finding sunbeds each morning. the outside area included convenient toilets and showers. i noted that the gym had equipment appearing somewhat old, but functional.

I found the staff very helpful. the location worked great, close to many clubs. the hotel offers multiple pools, which gave options for different vibes. there's also a helpful guest service available daily for party information and bookings. That was a definite plus.

Daniel was particularly amazing. he provided great service and prepared lovely drinks. Simona was very kind and spoke french. the bar staff was very nice and helpful. emba was available and helpful with information.

mixed feelings about my stay
thin wallsdamp smell
the room smelled damp and old i could also hear everything my neighbors were doing through the thin walls they partied on drugs for six hours it was not very relaxing i barely slept the overall atmosphere was geared towards young partygoers i think it's better suited for that crowd than someone like me
