Solid Stay with Stage View Upgrade

The staff proved very cute upon arrival. The hotel's security measures are great, and i felt safe at all times. Shop and bar prices were reasonable . A taxi rank directly outside the hotel was useful for getting around, with quite reasonable fares.
The chill pool does not get much direct sunlight, so a full sunbathing experience is not guaranteed.

Vibrant stay near everything

i went to a pool party. standard tickets were about 20 euro. the party was from 2pm-9pm, and i went 4pm-830pm. i liked the tunes. the dj was great. our hostess from essex was lovely and attentive.
the room had a overpowering bleach smell. the floor was filthy and black with bits and dirt. there were stains on sheets. the reception staff seemed miserable too.

the breakfast offered nice choice. it was possible to get veggie options as well as bacon. generally food tasted good. i thought the meals were tasty.

The security. This gave me peace of mind knowing only guests got near rooms. Events were a ten out of ten. Ibiza Rocks Team, thanks so much. Everything was amazing, and i appreciate the hard work you put in everyday.
The room smelled of stale smoke. I told the rep and housekeeping cleaned the room. It didn't help much as i am a non smoker. It was noisy at night because i was next to the road.

The breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of choices. Food was good, and the hotel shop was handy. The shop was not too pricey so i got essentials easily.

The barmaid, silvia, was amazing and helpful. Daniela, a receptionist, welcomed me warmly on arrival. She were great too accommodate me.

The room was spacious and clean so i relaxed easily. Beds were comfy, and blackout curtains were great. A large fridge was useful to store water. The room included good amenities.

The pool area was large and clean and the party's atmosphere was the best. The chill pool is perfect to get away from the party pool madness. The location was central, a couple minutes walk from the strip and beach.

i found the location very convenient, as it was close to many attractions. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. the venue rocks room had enough space for my needs. the atmosphere was generally lively, especially during the day.
The room could have been slightly cleaner upon arrival. Some dust was noticeable.

fantastic stay
better viewelectric vibefriendly staff
The stage extends towards the pool and dance area which provides better views and a great experience. artists and bands created an electric vibe. the dance area has a new shade covering. Sun is still available . the hotel was very clean and the multilingual staff were friendly throughout my stay.
our room did not get any sun all day, even after requesting a balcony with afternoon sun.
