a balanced stay.

the rooms were very clean and tidy!!! cleaners came daily. reception was very helpful with any queries. they even stored our bags in the locked travel case room.
the food wasn't great. i sometimes ended up eating the very basics because it was questionable. the security guard also needs to lighten up a bit and get a life. he was one of the main reasons our experience wasn't the best. we couldn't have a laugh or any fun at all.

the air conditioning works well in the rooms. it was a big plus for me since it gets hot.
the security guard, i felt uneasy. he kept looking at me every time i entered the hotel. also, the food at dinner was not so good, there wasn't much variety in the buffet.

The room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced. The air conditioning worked very well which was a huge relief. I found a powerful shower there.
The absence of nearby parking was a minor inconvenience, but manageable.

the location was good. the pool was very BIG. i found the water amazingly warm. breakfast was also quite acceptable.
my standard room lacked ventilation. we could not open THE window we had. the security person showed us, but he said 'in out, in out' in a very unsettling way.

The room included twin beds and a nice balcony. The staff was always available and helpful. The pool was very good, offering lots of space for swimming and sunbathing.
I have to mention that the gym closes quite early, it could stay open a bit later.

Staff members were helpful with directions and provided information about local attractions. The front desk was quick, managing check-in and check-out efficiently, which I found useful. I was happy with the friendly service.
