The staff are amazing! they're super friendly and helpful, especially marc. the all-inclusive option is totally worth it. The food selection in the buffet is excellent! we got a room with really nice views!

i found the staff to be very friendly and available. the pool area was nice. the breakfast selection had a good mix of continental options. the location offers access to bars and restaurants.
the vent system allowed noise from neighboring rooms.

Dani the lifeguard offered excellent treatment. Moha the security guy gave us helpful advice. Marta made us a great sandwich. The hotel has two pools. Adrian from water polo was very entertaining. Eva was great with yoga. Mark played good music. Paula was very good with the kids.
Lucky lucky men were an inconvenience. They were very frequent. Overall the hotel is good however. The location is convenient and close to the beach and shops

Animation team were fantastic! Adrian, Mark, Paula, and Emma was the highlight. Staff working every job were so nice. The hotel location are great close to the beach and shops. I enjoyed the food, and variety of different types of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The walls are thin. I hear what people getting up too on the toilet next door.

Pool areas are good. The pools were at the perfect temperature. It was cold enough to cool me down. There are enough loungers at the pools.

the walls seemed like paper. i could hear my neighbors' bathroom habits, not ideal. there was a nightclub downstairs, so it was NEVER quiet.

I encountered some issues . The drinks on the standard all-inclusive package tasted off. I had to upgrade to the gold wristband to get better quality drinks. The food was also disappointing. I only enjoyed the Chinese night, the beef on other nights was too tough to even cut, it was a big problem.

The entertainment team worked hard day and night. That seemed alright.
I found the room cleanliness questionable. There were stains on the towels. Thin walls meant noise traveled easily from adjacent rooms. I could hear everything. The balcony door stuck. Opening it required excessive force.
