adequate location but room issues

the location was acceptable it was close to the train station.
the room i received was quite small there was barely enough space to move around the bathroom lacked privacy as it was only separated from the sleeping area by a curtain a proper door would have improved the experience i also found the furniture looked old and worn down.

The location was great. Near the metro station anton martin! the staff were lovely. the bedroom had everything i needed for a short stay. i appreciated the convenient proximity to transportation and the completeness of the room's amenities.

The location was convenient. It was close to the train station. (I appreciated this a lot.)
The room was small. There was barely any natural light, feel cramped. The noise at night was particularly bad since the walls were thin. I could hear everything happening outside the room, even other guests talking in the hallway.

idis was friendly she made my stay enjoyable my room was perfect it was spotlessly clean it was beautifully decorated the bathroom was spacious it was convenient the design was unique i loved overlooking calle atocha i could immerse myself in the vibrant energy
the pillows were too high they were hard the toilette is too small the night light didn't work there was hair in the toilet when i arrived there was hair in the washbasin i only had one mini roll of toilet paper

I appreciated the double windows in room 501, facing calle atocha. The view was quite nice. the hotel offers complimentary tea, coffee, ice, and water available 24/7 in the lobby sitting area! this was convenient after long days. the location proved strategic with proximity to the prado and reina sofia museums.
The pillows were too high. They caused some discomfort during the night.
