mixed experience. some issues noted.
broken handle unconcerned receptionist
the location proved convenient for accessing many sights.
The staff seemed dismissive. i found a broken handle on the bathroom door. It seemed like i might be trapped. the receptionist did not apologize and seemed unconcerned, just saying maintenance would address it the next day.

prime location spacious room
the location is really good, right on the main avenue near the shops (this made exploring so easy!). there were many restaurants nearby offering various cuisines. i also found the room spacious, a definite plus.
The elevator service was a bit slow. Only one elevator was working sometimes.

central location hot shower plentiful breakfast slow elevator thin wall extra gym cost
the location is really central, near everything i wanted to see. my room had a lovely, hot shower that was great after a long day (it really helped!). the breakfast was pretty good with plentiful choices.
The elevators were a bit slow. I had to wait a while sometimes. the room walls seemed thin because i could hear noises from other rooms. also, the gym costs extra. I think it should be included.

central location helpful staff convenient supermarket
The location was fantastic with easy access to various metro stations. I found the staff very helpful. They readily assisted with calling a taxi. I appreciated the lobby's nice scent and the kettle in the room. A large department store behind the building included a supermarket.
The noise from outside at night was sometimes distracting.

I found the location convenient. It was very close to major attractions. My room included a lovely balcony. I also appreciated the water pressure in the shower. It was strong and consistent.
