Enchanting Stay in the Heart of It All

The staff were very friendly, especially Vanessa and Blanca, who helped. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the area to others. The location is also excellent. It is very easy to access all main sites by walking. The staff also kept our luggage safe after check out , made exploring the city worry-free.
The room felt very dated and lacked tea or coffee making facilities. An iron was not available, an inconvenience for my stay. The room could benefit from updating.

location good but some issues
shower mildewbad insulation
The bathroom was small and felt cramped. i noticed the shower grout had mildew. also, the sound insulation was bad. I heard street noise all night. sleep was hard because of that noise and that bothered me.

the hotel location was awesome, honestly! i could walk to all the major attractions. the room was a good size and very clean, i liked that. the breakfast buffet had a solid variety of options, that was definitely a plus.
My room faced an inner courtyard and felt super dark and cramped. the wifi was so slow, it was hard to even check emails. I did not like that!
