The location was convenient. the staff allowed early check in. free snacks and coffee were available downstairs. It was a nice bonus. fresh pastries were delivered each day, such a lovely touch.
The constant street noise, day and night, made sleep difficult. Earplugs offered minimal relief.

The hotel is in the heart of the city. It is close to the main square and the main road. I found the 24-hour lounge very convenient, it included a coffee machine and juices. A pastry was left at the door each morning, that was thoughtful.
The air conditioning is centrally controlled. I found the room to be stuffy. I asked for a fan, but the hotel did not offer any.

the location was great it was close to sol metro and train station it was also near shopping areas the room was huge bigger than i expected considering the city center the hotel provided free beverages and complimentary breakfast snacks like fruit and pastries these were great additions i really appreciated. the room was spacious and clean with big windows that let in plenty of natural light it felt eco-friendly which i liked the rooftop bar provided nice views. the receptionists were always friendly and helpful whenever i had questions i had a problem they addressed it quickly. the 24/7 lounge with free refreshments and fruits was a fantastic amenity it was very convenient to have access to snacks and drinks anytime i wanted. the modern decor throughout the hotel was also very pleasing it contributed to a nice atmosphere. the musical festival happening outside did not bother me after closing the windows the soundproofing was good i slept peacefully each night. the bed was large and comfy so i enjoyed good nights of sleep. the breakfast snacks delivered to the door was a lovely touch.
