Amazing Capsule Experience!
convenient locker shared kitchen friendly staff
I was impressed with the available amenities! I used the convenient locker for my luggage after checking out. This really helped me explore. I found the shared kitchen had a useful microwave and other appliances available for guest use. The staff was really friendly and helpful (.).
The capsule felt a little warm at times. I wish I could have adjusted the airflow to make it cooler when needed. Perhaps individual controls could improve this.

helpful staff secure hotel beeping locker sewage smell
the staff showed kindness and were helpful. the location provided convenience to nearby attractions. i appreciated the availability of multiple showers and toilets. the hotel felt secure and well-organized.
the lockers were located outside the sleeping area. i found the beeping sound they made when opened disruptive, especially late at night. there was an overpowering sewage smell throughout the hostel. this affected my stay significantly.

solid stay near gran via
excellent location convenient locker equipped kitchen
this was my first experience in a capsule hotel. the location is excellent (near gran via). i found the lockers included in the price quite convenient for storing my luggage. the shared kitchen was well-equipped, a plus for preparing quick meals.
Soundproofing was not great. I could hear noise from other capsules. the mattress was firmer than i prefer.

The staff was helpful and responsive. i noticed their quick attention to requests and clear communication. they provided clear instructions for using the facilities. The team made sure every guest felt welcome, which i found appreciable.

spacious capsule clean capsule friendly staff central location
the capsule was spacious and clean i appreciated having a tv inside i found the staff very friendly and helpful the location is central and convenient
i noticed slight noise from other guests in the capsule area at times
