great location friendly staff best coffee rainfall shower central ventilation interior courtyard
The location were amazing! I finded I could walk to all the major sites. The staff were friendly and were always willing to help. The coffee shop downstairs had some of the best coffee. I did not miss that place.
The shower were only a rainfall style. I missed the option to use a handheld showerhead. The ventilation system is controlled centrally. I wish I could adjusted it myself. My room had a window facing an interior courtyard. I wanted to be able to open it.

This place is a total winner. the location is unbeatable, super central to everything i wanted to see. desmond at the front desk was amazing, giving me great recommendations for local spots. i really liked the coffee shop right downstairs. Getting a discount as a guest was a sweet bonus.
The only tiny thing is that i wished the room had a mini fridge. It would have been great for keeping drinks cold.

the standard double room included necessary toiletries, space to hang clothes, and effective air conditioning. i found the room clean, comfortable, and spacious. mirrors were available, and a television was installed.

The reception staff demonstrated attentiveness. They consistently were helpful with directions. they provided information and were ready to assist. the team seemed nice and very friendly, always ready to help guests.

A syra coffee shop is conveniently located on the ground floor, so guests can get their caffeine fix. the hotel's central location means subway access is easy. Sol metro station is close by. several stores and restaurants are nearby too.

I stayed in a superior double room. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. They gave good advice about sunset views. the hotel let us store our bags until we left for the airport. the downstairs coffee bar had a cute seating area for breakfast.
The air conditioning took A long time to get warm. i noticed mold on the ceiling in the shower. the shower wall seemed kinda rusty. the toilet door barely closed. It was like integrated into the room with very little space.

the location was acceptable (it helped me get to places quickly).
i had a problem with noise from other rooms at night. a person's loud snoring disrupted my sleep. the hotel needs better sound isolation.
