The location is superb. it's a very short walk to victoria station. i appreciated the friendly staff. They promptly assisted with directions. the room had fresh towels and a modern shower, something i value after a long day.
The basin was unusually small. Its compact size was slightly inconvenient.

the location was perfect near victoria station.
the room was tiny, and i felt quite claustrophobic. the air conditioning made a very loud noise about every ten minutes throughout the night. there was very little space to move around, let alone unpack.

The location was central. I could walk to many places. The room was clean. I had a kettle for tea in my room. I am grateful for that.
The room was small. It was basically just a bed and a shower. The shower cabin had a semi-transparent glass, so I had no privacy. I could not open the window. There was only air conditioning.

the location is just unbeatable! it's a super short walk to victoria station, i mean, less than five minutes! the victoria palace theatre and apollo victoria theatre are practically on your doorstep. plus, there's a food hall nearby with loads of restaurants and bars, so convenient.
the bed mattress was definitely firm, like sleeping on concrete. i didn't get much sleep because of it.
